Returns/Refunds

We do ask that if there is a quality issue with your flowers, then a picture is taken of the bouquet.  Without a picture, we are unable to provide either a refund or a replacement.  Please send this picture to office.carnivalflowers@btinternet.com

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we guarantee our flowers for up to 5 days, inclusive of the day of receipt.  However after this point we are not liable for any issues that may arise. 

We ask that the instructions included on the care card, inside the brown envelope on your bouquet, are followed, before contacting us. If you receive a basket or hat box arrangement, please top the oasis up with water after a couple of days to ensure the flowers are drinking.
